We are shipping worldwide

We offer worldwide shipping through Austrian Post. Shipping rates are automatically calculated and are presented to you at checkout. Simply select the desired option. Rates are determined by weight, dimensions and country of delivery.

Please, take note that we are not responsible of any additional costs related to import duties or taxes.

::Important Information::
Due to international situations or for logistical reasons, some destinations are not or are only partially served by the carrier.

For the moment, no orders can be shipped to Belarus and Russia. Some other destinations are partially served.

Delivery time and handling

Orders are normally shipped 1-3 working days after full payment is received.

Average delivery times are:

Austria: 1-3 working days;
Europe: 2-7 working days (depending on destination);
Rest of the World: 4-20 working days (depending on destination);

Please note that these times are estimates and that additional carrier delays may occur. We are not responsible for these.

::Important Information::
Orders are always shipped completely, meaning all items you order content. There are no part shipments.

If your purchase includes pre-orders, your entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number and their contents are insured.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking number as well as a link where you can monitor your package progress.

Insurance
All orders are insured. The value depends on the shipping option selected.

Letter / Small Parcel
Austria: up to 100 Euro;
Rest of the World: up to 25 Euro.
Parcel
Worldwide: up to 510 Euro.
